Shipper responsibilities
You must accurately declare contents, value and weight, package goods adequately and not ship prohibited items.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated. Duties, taxes and storage charges are payable unless agreed otherwise.
Transit times
Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather or events beyond our control.
Liability
Liability is limited per international conventions unless cargo insurance has been purchased.
Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
